All LED video wall sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is confirmed.

1. No Returns Policy

Shinelight LED does not accept returns on any LED video wall products, panels, or custom display solutions. All sales are final once the order has been confirmed and processed. This policy applies to all products including indoor displays, outdoor displays, fine-pitch screens, and specialized LED solutions.

2. Warranty Coverage

We provide comprehensive warranty coverage for all our LED displays. Warranty terms are dynamic and determined during the enquiry and quotation process based on:

  • Product type and specifications
  • Installation environment (indoor/outdoor)
  • Usage conditions and requirements
  • Service level agreement selected

Your specific warranty period and terms will be clearly stated in your purchase agreement. Please contact our sales team for warranty details for your specific requirements.

3. Defective Products

If your LED display is defective upon delivery or develops a defect during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected components at no additional cost. This does not constitute a return or refund.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before manufacturing begins, subject to a cancellation fee. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.
